Nederland, Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Italie en Tsjechie. a&o biedt accommodatie aan in meerbedkamers in haar hostels en tweepersoonskamers in haar twee sterren hotels tegen een zeer aantrekkelijk tarief, altijd centraal gelegen en daarom voor iedereen geschikt. Kinderen onder de 18 jaar verblijven kostenloos en is daarom zeer in trek bij families.
De individuele hostels and hotels zijn gestandariseerd en ontvangen support van het hoofdkantoor in Berlijn vanuit de afdelingen reserveringen, call center, finance, marketing en sales en ontvangen ook input vanuit het regiomanagement en de directie.

YOUR JOBAssist in facilitating of new business opportunities, lead generation (cold calling, sales and marketing campaigns)Support the Head of International Sales and a team of International Sales ManagersSupport with pre- and after sales activitiesResearch and analyse market dataHelp increase revenue in the existing and new marketsPreparation and realization of product presentations, fairs, sales trips and eventsWork with Salesforce and preparation of reportsActively inform the sales team of customer related issuesPerform other duties as assignedOUR OFFER

Job Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor degree or similar

• First experiences in sales preferably in hotel industry (max. 2 years)

• Very good skills in ENGLISH (and DUTCH) (oral and written), more languages are a plus

• Located max. 20KM from our Amsterdam office

• Perfect handling of IT and MS Office programs

• Ability to work independently and results-oriented

• Knowledge of Salesforce

• Marketing experience or experience supporting a Marketing department is a bonus.

• Communicative, open personality, friendly appearance

• Strong organizational and administration skills; a keen attention to detail.
